# SDKs

> Official SightRadar client libraries for Node / TypeScript and Python, plus a drop-in Rekognition shim for boto3 code. Zero runtime dependencies, MIT licensed.

Every SDK wraps the same REST API at `https://api.sightradar.com` and authenticates with an API key from the [console](/login). Pick the one for your stack.

- [Python](/docs/sdks/python): pip install sightradar. Standard library only, typed models and exceptions.

- [Rekognition shim (Python)](/docs/sdks/rekognition-shim): pip install sightradar-rekognition-shim. Keep your boto3 Rekognition calls with a two-line change.
