- **You control retention.** Detect and Compare process images in memory and don't persist them. Indexed faces live in collections you can delete any time via API or console.
- **Isolated & encrypted.** Each account's face vectors are namespaced and never cross-searchable. Data is encrypted in transit, with scoped API keys and per-tenant isolation.
- **Never trained on your data.** Data is processed only to return your results — never pooled, never used to train general-purpose models, never sold.
- **Built for consented use.** The customer is the data controller and must have a lawful basis and consent. The Terms require lawful use and prohibit unlawful surveillance or covert tracking; law-enforcement and mass-surveillance use is out of scope.
